Process Flow

 

• Storing Tank: Collection of effluent for one day and storage.

• Screening: Removal of grease, oil, and suspended particles from the water. (Sampling Point 1)

• Equalization Tank: Ensures uniform mixing of effluent.

• Neutralization Tank: Adjustment of pH using caustic/lime dosing.

• Flash Mixer: Chemical treatment process for solid removal.

• Flocculator: Aggregation of fine particles (floc) to assist in sedimentation and filtration.

• Primary Tube Settler: Sedimentation for the removal of suspended particles.

• Aeration Tank: Biological removal of organic matter (COD/BOD).

• Secondary Tube Settler: Further sedimentation for suspended particles.

• Sludge Reticulation: Removal of organic matter.

• Filtered Feed Tank: Continuous chlorination process.

• Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) Aeration Technology: Odor and color removal. (Sampling Point 2)
