HALWA

INGREDIENTS
  • FMF Semolina :500g

  • Sugar : 250g

  • Ghee : :400ml

  • Fresh/ Liquid Milk :1 litre

  • Nutmeg Powder :1 Teaspoon

  • Crushed Cardamom Seeds : 1 Teaspoon

  • Chopped Almonds :100g

  • Sultana :100g

DIRECTIONS
  • Prepare syrup with Milk and Sugar.

  • Heat Ghee and fry Semolina on low heat till golden brown.

  • Add prepared syrup and all other ingredients to the fried Semolina and cook on low flame until the mixture absorbs all the syrup. Keep on stirring to prevent Halwa from burning and sticking to the bottom.

  • Serve hot or cold as desired.
