PEA BESAN BARFI
INGREDIENTS

1 Cup FMF Pea Besan

1/3 Cup Ghee/Butter

½ Tin Condensed Milk

¼ Cup Desiccated Coconut + 1 Teaspoon for garnishing

½ Cup Milk

Cardamom powder
DIRECTIONS

In a non - stick pan melt ghee and when it's hot then reduce the heat and add FMF Pea Besan and roast it for 5-7 minutes on low flame until it develops a nice nutty flavor.

Keep stirring so that it does not form any lumps and after some time its texture will start to resemble like bread crumbs.

Add in some desiccated coconut and give it a stir. Do not cook much otherwise the coconut will burn.

Immediately add condensed milk, milk, and cardamom powder to it.

Keep stirring until it starts to thicken and doesn't stick to pan.

Put the mixture on a greased plate and spread it evenly.

Garnish it with desiccated coconut and let it set.

After the mixture sets and cools down completely, cut it into small squares or any desired shape and your barfi is ready to serve.
