CHICKEN FRITTERS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup FMF Pea Besan

  • 250g boneless chicken sliced into ¼ inch strips

  • 2 tablespoon garlic paste

  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste

  • 2 tablespoon chilli powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Water (approx 200ml or enough to make a thick batter)

  • Oil to fry

DIRECTIONS
  • Mix FMF Pea Besan, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, chilli powder and water to make a thick batter. (Batter should not be watery)

  • Heat oil to cooking temperature in a deep wok.

  • Dip chicken pieces into batter and fry in heated oil till golden brown.

  • Drain cooked chicken fritters on paper towels.

  • Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce and beverage of your choice.

NOTE
  • To check temperature of oil, place wooden spoon in the oil, if oil produces steady bubble, oil is ready for frying.
